WHAT IS ASTER MARKET?

We are a gifting studio curating one-of-a-kind gift boxes and products that will ignite conversation and add that special touch to your life.  We search for the best small-batch goods, ranging from the warmest home decor to the most exquisite paper goods, bath products, jewelry and more.  Whether you desire a pre-curated gift box for a special occasion or a personalized custom gift we've got you covered.

How do you give back?

While receiving is always a treat, giving is just as sweet and we definitely believe in giving back.  That’s why, at Aster Market, a percentage of the net proceeds is donated to a non-profit of your choice.  We partner with non-profits that fall within six categories very close to our hearts: Animals, Children, Health, Veterans, Women and the World!  Every few months, we’ll feature a new non-profit in each category to ensure we spread the good.  See what organizations we are featuring now here!

WHAT'S INSIDE EACH PRE-CURATED GIFT BOX?

All items pictured on the product page for each pre-curated box will be in your gift box.  There are no surprises here!

HOW will my gift be packaged?

Your box will come hand wrapped in a white gift box and tied with a satin ribbon.  Each box will ship inside a USPS box so it will stay perfect for gifting.

DOES MY GIFT COME WITH A NOTE?

We can include a handwritten note in your gift box.  Simply provide your message on the checkout page and we will tuck it in the box.

DO YOUR PRE-CURATED GIFT BOXES EVER CHANGE?

We are always brainstorming new gift box ideas so always check back for our new options!  

CAN I MIX AND MATCH PRODUCTS TO MAKE A PERSONALLY CURATED BOX?

Absolutely.  We love to make gift boxes in new combinations with our products. You can curate your own box here.

HOW WILL MY ASTER MARKET gift SHIP?

All Aster Market Boxes ship via USPS.

WHERE DOES ASTER MARKET SHIP TO?

We currently only ship to the United States.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders take 1-3 business days to process and then ship Priority Mail via USPS.

My order is a gift.  will the shipping box include a receipt?

No package will include a receipt so no worries they will see what you paid! 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

You are only charged sales tax if you live in New Jersey.

What is your return policy?

All boxes and products are final sale.  Please see our full return policy here.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A BROKEN OR MISSING PRODUCT?

If you open your box and an item is damaged or missing please email us at info@astermarket.com within 5 days of receiving your box to be valid to receive a replacement.  If the item is damaged please also send along photos of the damaged object and its packaging.  A product is considered replaceable based on the situation and can vary case by case.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BOX YET?

If your box has not arrived, please contact us at info@astermarket.com within 14 days of receiving your tracking email and we will look into that for you.  If we are not notified within that time frame, we cannot be held responsible for your missing box.  Aster Market is not responsible for lost or stolen items however. If the item is listed as "Delivered" in the tracking information we will not provide a refund or ship a new package.  We recommend you speak with your mail carrier or file a claim with USPS.
